Fred is currently serving as Submarine Operations officer at Commander ASW Forces Western Atlantic in Norfolk, VA. He has earned two degrees in Mechanical Engineering & Human Resource Management, and a masters in Engineering Management.
In 2009, together we started the Wissen Design Woodworking site at www.luv2turn.com to furnish handcrafted & custom designed gifts, woodworking, and pen making supplies. We are happy to offer advice to novice hobbyists and look forward to helping all with your ideas!
